ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead MOCVD group to sustain production of laser and photo-diode structures based on InP substrates. Minimum Education: MS in materials science, chemistry, physics or related fields. Preferred Education: PhD in materials science & engineering, chemical engineering or any related field.
