As a R&D Wind Engineer you will work on ongoing wind turbine projects and collaborate with colleagues across project teams from engineering and product development to implementation and manufacturing. In addition to being a team player, our ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who finds pragmatic solutions to highly technical challenges.R&D Wind Engineer Duties and Responsibilities Experience with Vertical Axis Wind Turbine and Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine design and modeling Conduct research to collect and analyze data to create reports about ongoing projects Inspect and observe facilities to evaluate the efficacy and quality of electrical systems, components and products Knowledge of wind turbine loads, structures, aeroelasticity, CFD simulation and supporting analysis. Performing simulations of wind turbine systems and processing resulting data MS or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical, Electrical,Aerospace, or related engineering field Ability to write clearly about highly technical subject matter Proficiency in programming, Simulink, MATLAB, C/C++, or Similar Capacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions Exceptional verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with a desire for excellenceWork RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location |
