Description
Manages a single large project or multiple small projects simultaneously, leads and directs project teams to achieve satisfactory scope, schedule and budget performance on projects while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Monitor and track project expenditures, earned value, cost and schedule performance as necessary to satisfy corporate requirements and ensure satisfactory budget performance on all projects. Applies considerable knowledge of project and business management, customer relations, engineering principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the Program Manager.
Ensure that the product given to the Client meets or exceeds Mesa standards with regards to Quality, Safety, and Engineering excellence.
Generate project proposals, schedules, budgets, and put together Teams to perform work.
Interface with the Client during meetings and site visits.
Embody Mesa’s Culture and precipitate it down through the Team.
Provide mentorship to Group Leads and Engineers within the Team.
