**Required: Associates or equivalent certifications in applied diesel, gasoline, or turbine (aircraft) engine tech is desired and 6+ years experience running and diagnosing engine and or after-treatment related problems. Experience may be acquired in heavy duty, automotive, marine, military or aircraft segments. **Top Skills: equipment exp (turbines, diesel, engine exp), exp with problem solving mindset on engines, diagnostic skills
Technical Skills Required:
Critical thinking including diagnostics, symptom based troubleshooting. Basic applied electronics, data link networks, sensors, actuators. Knowledge of modern diesel engine after-treatment including DPF & SCR systems.
Education Requirement:
Will also consider BS/MS Engineering candidates with engine experience including developing and running engine and after-treatment systems. Will also consider Navy Nuclear Qualified Personnel & others with ship powerplant qualifications. Position is very applied so advanced education candidates need significant hands on experience.
