| Job Description : | DescriptionPrimarily responsible for demonstrating process feasibility and meeting quality specifications on Lightspeed ADL projects. Lead the effort to transition Lightspeed ADL projects to production through the PReP process in a small team and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesDefine, plan and complete Lightspeed ADL projectsProvide technical skill training to machine operatorsProvide project guidance to Application Development Technicians and Associate Application Development EngineersLead the successful transition of Lightspeed ADL projects to productionSupport the Site Director in solving on-going production issuesSupport Sales through the completion of quotesGenerate and update setup sheets, work instructions, and CAPAs as requiredTake ownership of assigned tasks and work across several departmentsLead cross departmental teams in continuous improvement processesMentor and guide other technical staff to optimized solutionsParticipate in sales support activities including sales presentations, customer visits, and technical seminarsOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications-Education-Experience-SkillsBachelor of Science degree in an engineering/science or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturingDemonstrated Project Management experience dealing with interdisciplinary interaction to meet project schedulesExperience with Process/Product Transitions from prototyping through Validation and high volume manufacturingAbility to present and convey complex engineering ideas to internal and external customersGeneral understanding of statistical analysis for purposes of equipment validationAbility to read and understand engineering drawings using a GD&T systemAbility to create job related documentation for quality purposesProficient with the use of optical inspection equipment.
