General Summary
Job Overview
Product and Test Engineering (PTE) is looking for Digital Product Engineers who will work closely with IC Designers to validate and debug new Digital product functionality, test HW/SW development, characterization, device performance over process and operating conditions, and releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production. Engineers are also responsible for Test Board schematics design. The Job scope also includes using Data Analytics software to perform analysis for test time and yield optimization. The individuals selected for the positions will need to be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality products.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Masters of Electrical Engineering Preferred.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of industry experience in Product Development , Test and Characterization engineering on high performance SOC’s.
Understanding of VLSI technologies, Semiconductor processing, familiarity with Digital Baseband products and qualifications procedures a plus.
Experience with data analytic tools such as O+, Data Power, Exensio will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Digital Communication concepts, Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics, Design of test is a plus.
Ability to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc) is a plus.
Experience with ATE test platforms is a plus.
Basic experience with Python/C++/Java is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Eng or related field Experience with ATE test platforms, Advantest 93K SOC test systems, design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST, testing CPUs, DDR3, DDR4 and high-speed interfaces such as HDMI, PCI Express, SATA, USB, digital communication concepts Ability to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc) Experience with silicon and package qualification and reliability, C/C++, Perl, Java. Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics along with computer processor systems, CMOS, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuits such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs and their performance measurements Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality work.
