If you’re searching for a company where you can be a part of the next level of technology and truly make a difference, consider joining SkyWater today!This Process Technician role is responsible for the production material and processing tools within the Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) and Thin Films area.Responsibilities: Gives direction to production and maintenance areas regarding down tool eventsWill execute/coordinate engineering and maintenance recovery plans for equipment or process shutdownsWill coordinate manufacturing paths by removing obstacles for production materialExecutes recipe changes, plans associated with recovering non-conforming material and acts on area SPC controlsProvides additional support to the Custom Foundry group by learning and loading their tool operationsWorks with minimal supervision, balancing competing priorities, to serve the needs of the factoryThe job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each position.Required QualificationsEducation: Associate degree in Electronics Engineer Technology (EET) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET). Will also consider equivalent, related technical experience or equivalent semiconductor experience.Experience and/or Training: Minimum 1 year experience as a production technicianPrior environment that required attention to detail and quality mindsetDemonstrated ability to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft OfficeMotivated with desire to advance in the companyRequires the ability to work either:AB1 Shift: Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 12pm-12:15am. 5% shift differential.CD1 Shift: Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday, 12pm-12:15am. 7.5% shift differential.U.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
