If you’re searching for a company where you can be a part of the next level of technology and truly make a difference, consider joining SkyWater today!The Process Sustaining Engineer will devise and implement improvements to test wafer preparation and distribution processes.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with process owners to optimize tool qualification processesDrive reduction of tool qualification down timeDrive continuous improvement of test wafer area procedures and practicesEvaluate and improve test wafer rework and reclamation processesManage introduction of new starting materials and starting material changes and supply issuesWork with minimal supervision, balancing competing priorities, to improve factory performanceRequired QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Industrial engineering or other relevant engineering or scientific discipline.Experience & Skills: 1+ year of engineering experience. Would consider an entry level engineerExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience optimizing processes and/or process improvementsUnderstanding of statisticsDemonstrated ability managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously and shifting priorities to meet business needsAbility to work E Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmU.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
