Our broad geographic presence ensures that a proven and reliable tactical and strategic capability is available and deployable virtually everywhere in North America.Scope of JobRCM is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist for our healthcare company client in Puerto Rico.Primary ResponsibilitiesReview and analyzes the performance metrics of various processes of the company and makes recommendations for improvements particularly for call center areas.Lead and support root cause analysis when process issues arise.Suggest corrective and preventative actions to ensure process sustainability.Conduct optimization studies together with key stakeholders and perform detailed engineering analysis of process and/or initiatives requested.Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects.Provide support and guidance to team when needed.Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure.Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.Work with management to define the short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains.QualificationsKnowledgeable in statistics, lean six sigma and project management.Good skills writing general documentation in English and using MS Office applications.Experience leading change towards an effective work environmentAnalytical skills and process focusStrong impact and influencing skillsAbility to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and othersBilingual (both English/Spanish)Education & CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or health related fields with minimum of five years of experience.Equal Opportunity StatementRCM is an equal opportunity employer.
