Job Description Responsibilities:Develop and improve molding processes for new and existing productsReview new work instructions produced by New Product Engineering in advance of PQExecute PQ’s for new molded components and collect data for PQ reportsComplete PQ reports to transfer products into ongoing productionProvide daily production support to the molding operationAssist with development and implementation of Quality Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and other manufacturing related documentation:Prepare requests for project funding and monitor spending against budget through completion of the projectRespond to customer complaints and initiate action to prevent recurrence of non-conformities related to the product, service, processes, or the quality systemPerform all work within ISO 13485 regulated work environment Requirements:Experience in medical device molding will be an added advantageExperience and understanding of injection molding and structured process developmentFamiliarity with ISO 13485 requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping capabilityExcellent prioritization and organizational skills in order to manage multiple responsibilities with little to no supervisionHigh level of initiative and flexibility in adapting to changing needs of a dynamic work environmentProficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Thanks and regards, Mohammed Ilyas, PH – 229-264-4029 Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. |
