We are rapidly growing and looking to expand our team! Enprotech is in search of positive attitudes that can provide urgency and innovative solutions to our customers. About the role: Schedule, plan, resource, and manage all technical activities aimed at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.Generate engineered work scope and labor/material estimate through coordination with sales department and customer interaction.Generate repair solutions, value-added improvements, and new design concepts on existing heavy manufacturing equipment.Generate repair/new component prints, work flow documents, and assembly prints as required for assigned projectsGenerate and maintain project schedules and coordinate resources accordingly.Interact daily with purchasing, sales, and production teams.Abilities: demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Solidworks Softwaregenerate new and markup/modify existing prints to coincide with the routing of the parts through the manufacturing facility.apply knowledge of engineering principles to mechanical systems.demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills required.develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing /repair methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.estimate costs and submit bids for engineering solutions.oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.run multiple projects of varying degrees of difficulty and duration at one time.work independently but also coordinate effectively as part of a team.work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible/adaptable to rapidly changing prioritiesmanage, plan, and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and cost parameters.Why Enprotech?health coverage for you and your family through medical, dental and vision plansa 401(k) plan in with a generous company matchfinancial protection through disability, life, and accidental death & dismemberment insurance planstax advantages through flexible spending accounts that allow you to pay for specific health-care and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollarsa generous paid time off program in which the benefits increase along with your tenure with the companyWhen you join our team, you do more than simply switch companies to progress your career.
