| Job Description : | Job summaryApply sound Mechanical Engineering principles to design, improve and bring to compliance thermal processing and material handling equipment including but not limited to rotary dryers, indirect fired kilns, incinerators, conveyors, trammel screens, magnets etc. Mange all aspects of mechanical design, applying good design principles, standards and best practices in conjunctions with experience to improve performance and reliability of plants. Manage, support and provide direction to ensure all projects comply to meet clients and statutory requirements, and are on time and within budget.Summary of essential job functions· Design all mechanical aspects of thermal and material handling units· Ensure compliance of systems to OSHA, ASME, NFPA and other applicable standards· Apply good engineering practices like FMEA, to identify shortcomings and continuously improve system designs· Prepare and maintain spare parts lists· Develop and perform FAT for systems prior to shipment· Act as technical resource for sales personnel , service technicians and product fields support teams· Participate in cross functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design and quality problemsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Common surfaces are sanitized on a regular basis and temperatures are taken every morning.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Mechanical Engineers: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
