| Job Description : | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign new Tablet Press Machines and support the continuous improvement of the existing linePrepare layouts, drawings and designs according to engineering specificationsReview engineering drawings and supporting documentation to verify adherence to standard practicesGenerate drawings per internal and customer specifications for quoting and manufacturing purposesAnalyze designs and confer to resolve details not completely definedRetrieve information from files and displays on computer, using required computer languageWorking under immediate supervision, carries out design assignments of a routine to moderately complex nature with limited latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgement.This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications and requirementsExtensive work experience in mechanical/machine designExperience in the design of new projects from concept to completionKnowledge of manufacturing practices or work experience in manufacturingKnowledge and experience of good inspection practicesProficient in 3D CAD software- preferably SolidworksExperience in CMM and or CAM softwareMechanical aptitudeExperience2+ years with the criteria listed abovephysical requirementsMust have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the work day to accomplish various tasksBe able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of light weight items (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly.Benefits: Weekly pay, Health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, vacation, 9 paid holidays 401k, temperature controlled work area, on site cafe , referral program, attendance bonus program and more.Natoli Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
