You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning. The incumbent will interact with various and diverse groups within the organization.The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. This position will prepare and manage capital projects, energy-saving projects, and continuous improvement plans within budget and on schedule.Evaluate new systems and equipment for implementation as well as the ability to look forward and identify future needs.Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, perform analysis and forecastingInspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovationsReview utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
