| Job Description : | Duties:Develop and implement manufacturing process sequence/balance that meets takt time requirements using Lean concepts· Identify standard production times using methods time measurement or predetermined time systems· Update/maintain line layouts (AutoCAD), processes, standard work instructions, visual aids, etc. to support manufacturing feasibility· Use SAP and proprietary software to document manufacturing process steps and implement ECNs.· Work with production teams to root cause and correct process issues· Work cross-functionally with product design, engineering, and production to optimize flow and remove wasteRequirements:· Degree in Industrial Engineering· Experience in a manufacturing facility· Must be able to work independently and in a team-based environment· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills· Effective time management skills· Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPointJob Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location |
