The perfect candidate will have 3-5 years HVAC experience, a PE is preferred but not mandatory, excellent communication skills and the ability to work within and manage a team is crucial.About EWC ControlsWe are a family-owned manufacturing company in business since 1961 in the HVAC industry. We manufacture and assemble Forced Air Zone Controls and sell to the wholesale distribution trade throughout North America. We currently have 70 employees located in central New Jersey in one location. We provide an excellent work environment, with a friendly, courteous and family centric setting.Position DetailsResponsibilities include designing and developing new products for the industry and increasing efficiencies in existing products to help the manufacturing process. In addition to engineering design work, you will also oversee our team of technicians on troubleshooting field installations over the phone.
