| Job Description : | Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for an GIS Project Manager with 8-10 years’ experience to join our growing team in the central and northern NJ. Responsibilities Supervision of office GIS Staff: Project management and Technical oversightProvide guidance on project tasksQuality Control of work deliverableManage project budgets and work scheduleMentor GIS Staff, Set goals and conduct annual staff reviewsProvide Quality Assurance and adherence to Company Standard Procedures Project Technical Duties: Deployment and oversight of field and office project tasksFluent in Esri Enterprise and Esri Desktop TechnologyClient GIS Assessment and Implementation Planning of eGIS ProgramsManage Project Standard Operating Procedures Business Development: Pursue and acquire project opportunities with clientsWrite technical approach and pricing for proposalsClient managementParticipate in outside organizations, events, conferencesMarket company services Qualifications Coordinate workflow and staffingCoordinate training and staff developmentMonitor administrative functions (ie.
