Manufacture prototype models and parts for engineering evaluation and testing. Perform laboratory testing of production and prototype units to evaluate reliability of dispensing controls, systems, and products.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform testing to gather and provide important information to enhance the development of our new products.Inspect and test beverage-related products to verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments or circuit testers.Document the details and findings during the test by performing multiple tasks in a consistent, organized, and timely manner.Assemble and operate pneumatic and hydraulic fixtures, testing equipment, electro-mechanical equipment, and diagnostic equipment. (digital thermometer, multimeter, etc.)Cut, bend, and braze copper tubing.Perform maintenance and repairs of testing equipment and instrumentation by using appropriate hand and power tools in a safe and proper manner.Perform clean up, daily house-keeping activities and upholds cleaning and sanitation standards.Perform job safely by wearing personal protective equipment relevant to the assigned work area.Perform other duties as needed and assigned.Minimum Qualifications: High School Degree or GED required.0-3 years of experience performing tests in a laboratory/testing or related environment required. Lab and Testing in a manufacturing environment preferred.Experience in the safe use of hand and small power tools (hand pliers, hand screwdrivers, wrenches, ratches/sockets, electric screwdrivers, multimeter, etc.).HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be required to get the EPA Universal Certification after 12 months in this position.Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
