| Job Description : | Category Logistics Analyst (Smith & Nephew, Inc., Fort Worth, TX): Execute Self-Registration programs in the SAP ARIBA procurement system with potential suppliers to evaluate them as potential service providers. Develop scorecards to measure supplier performance and continuous improvement. Leverage the Global Indirect Procurement ARIBA System, an SAP bolt-on, for Sourcing including Vendors, Bids, Savings, Awards, Contracts and other functions. Develop programs to collect data and execute analyses, consolidating quantitative and qualitative information elements for industry and economic trends from multiple sources. Identify and report key, relevant demand and supply rates, cost drivers and other indicators that may flag capacity constraints, increased category costs and other problems, like geo-political and labor concerns. Build models, slides and dashboards to track category spend, portray inflation/deflation, present and track key projects and relevant industry indicators. Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Manage multiple projects which support the development of vendor lists for discovery, and freight bid packages across different areas of the business. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Elicit buy-in for data based decisions. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Participate in negotiation, bid request development and execution.
