Hello,

If you are looking for a Engineering Job ? Then, This is the place where you can find All sources of Job opportunities with detailed information.

Job Category : Engineer
Company Name: Mythic-AI
Position Name: Architectural Modeling Engineer – Remote
Location : Austin, TX
Job Description : About us:
Mythic has developed a unified hardware and software platform featuring its unique Mythic Analog Compute Engine (Mythic ACE™) to deliver revolutionary power, cost, and performance that shatters digital barriers preventing AI innovation at the edge. The Mythic Analog Matrix Processor (Mythic AMP™) makes it much easier and more affordable to deploy powerful AI solutions, from the data center to the edge device. The company has raised over $165.2 million to date, has over 120 employees, and has offices in Redwood City, CA, and Austin, TX.
About the role:
When exploring new architectures, modeling enables quantification of the throughput and latency consequences of architectural decisions. For in-flight design efforts, the modeling effort helps to predict throughput and latency of particular AI use cases and helps to validate the implementation with the specification. The effort also enables pre-silicon development of software for validation, test, and customer targeted code.
Post-silicon, the modeling effort enables software development without a hardware platform and greater profiling of code for optimization than is possible using real hardware.
Here is what you’ll do:
Create rapid prototyping models for estimating power and performance of new chip architectures (C++/SystemC)
Create tools to map neural network design entry representations (e.g. ONNX) to new architectural proposals and estimate throughput, latency, and power
Collaborate with peer engineering teams-including digital design, design verification, analog design, and firmware-to co-design and co-verify future architectures
Investigate new architectural ideas, many co-designed with other system components
Further responsibilities will depend on background and skills
Here’s the background we hope you have:
Bachelors / Masters / Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering or computer science
2 years of experience required creating performance models for architectural investigations. This experience can include time spent in academic work including papers, thesis, and dissertation work. The years required can be reduced if modeling has been related to systems for AI.
Academic and work knowledge of CPU, memory system, and bus interconnect architectures
Proficiency and experience with C++ / SystemC as used in modeling
Proficiency and experience with hardware modeling for performance and/or power
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
The following would be nice to have but not required
Experience with design representations of Neural Networks (ONNX)
Experience using python to analyze architectural data profiles
